marcus evans is very good at recognising talent

How is the marcus evans culture unique, when it comes to providing opportunities to women?

There are so many opportunities to achieve great things at marcus evans, regardless of your gender. We have many women in senior positions, which is a great example to others. marcus evans is very good at recognising talent.

How are you personally contributing towards providing equal opportunities to members of your team? What makes the biggest difference?

Promoting equal opportunities within the team is an essential step towards creating a fair and inclusive workplace. I encourage open communication and for team members to share their experiences and perspectives openly. We have created a safe space where everyone can feel comfortable expressing themselves and their concerns. I listen actively, and am open to feedback and criticism.

As a team, we treat everyone fairly and equally, regardless of their race, gender, age, religion, or any other characteristic. We promote and celebrate diversity in the team by recognising and appreciating the unique perspectives and experiences that each person brings. We ensure that the team culture is inclusive and welcoming to everyone.

I provide equal opportunities and ensure that all team members have equal access to training, development, and career advancement opportunities.

What advice would you offer to upcoming female leaders at marcus evans?

Treat everyone with respect, whether they are a junior new starter or the CEO. Listen to others and be a team player. Do not micro manage. Do not ask others to do something that you would not be prepared to do yourself. Lead by example.

Which women have inspired you the most professionally and personally? How?

There are countless inspiring women who have achieved great things in their careers and have paved the way for future generations of women.

To name but a few who come to mind: Oprah Winfrey - a media executive, actress, talk show host, producer, and philanthropist who has become one of the most influential figures in the entertainment industry. Malala Yousafzai - a Pakistani activist for female education who became the youngest Nobel Prize laureate at the age of 17. Angela Merkel - the first female Chancellor of Germany who has been one of the most influential figures in European politics for over a decade.

These women have achieved great things in their respective fields and have inspired countless others including myself, to pursue their dreams and make a difference in the world.
