Dream big as the world is your oyster!

How is the marcus evans culture unique, when it comes to providing opportunities to women?

Since the day I started working at marcus evans, there were many women role models in different divisions, and it is the same till this day. Our company offers a very diverse range of products and builds talent from within, which gives everyone the opportunity to achieve success. On a daily basis I get to work with women leaders from different divisions and enjoy celebrating our accomplishments.

How are you personally contributing towards providing equal opportunities to members of your team? What makes the biggest difference?

I truly believe everyone deserves a chance. I joined the company at our London office and now for the past 8 years I have overlooked the sponsorship division in Miami. Both cities have such multicultural diversity which makes it exciting building a team that comes from completely different backgrounds and adds to everyone's learning curve.

What advice would you offer to upcoming female leaders at marcus evans?

Dream big as the world is your oyster!

Which women have inspired you the most professionally and personally? How?

Professionally so many through the years, however, from day one it was my mum who runs her own business and is always so motivated and driven by success no matter how small or big. At marcus evans my first role model was and still is Natasha Hyatt Khan who is such an inspiration of what can be achieved and an incredible leader. Personally, my mother in-law has inspired me for many years now that no matter what the day brings to keep my inner peace and a positive mindset.
