The training is conducted by one of our specialist in-house native English trainers, who all come equipped with over 20 years experience in both business and teaching to professionals from a variety of different cultures and industry's.

Presentations: tripling, clarifying and rephrasing, using body language, dealing with questions
Meetings: agreeing and disagreeing, asking for opinions, making suggestions
Negotiations: establishing rapport, stating your position, bargaining, persuading, settling, losing
Speaking practice: socialising, networking, starting and maintain a conversation, ‘dos and don’ts’
Email writing: standard phrases, corporate emails, sentence structure, common problems
Teleconferencing: leading a conference call, getting through, taking and leaving messages
