Guy Ellis is an Honorary Research Fellow of the Huck Centre for Management Research at the Henley Business School, University of Reading.
Since graduating in New Zealand, Guy has worked in HR for a number of global blue-chip organisations including Hewlett Packard, Bank of America, Citibank, NatWest Global Financial Markets and in 2000, Aon Limited as HR Director for its UK Consulting Division.
With over 15 years of experience as an independent consultant, Guy has worked with global companies on a range of HR briefs including business partnering, talent management, reward and benefits, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.
Clients include Eco-Bank, Gazprom, Neft, Eisai, Metronet, Kimberley Clarke, Pfizer, ING Bank, Minova Insurance, Gemalto and Friends Provident, Microsoft, BAT, Sandvik, CR Bard, Eisai, VTB, and the London Stock Exchange.
