A Course For The Outage & Project Management Pioneers 

Completing an outage safely, on time, and on a budget is integral to a plant's overall success. Examples and case studies of effective outage management allow participants to assimilate best practices to their current understanding and improve their company's approach in outage planning, executing, and closing out an outage.
