Strategic alliances are key  for sustaining high levels of scientific and technological activities, improving drug discovery and pre-clinical development effectiveness and accelerating pipeline productivity. In 2015, Sanofi and Evotec signed an agreement for a major multi-component strategic alliance.  This alliance is intended to provide both services and innovation to Sanofi and involved Evotec integrating a state-of-the-art Sanofi facility and more than 200 highly qualified and experienced employees in Toulouse, France.  This webinar reflects on the past 18 months describing the major components of the agreement, how they were “operationalized” and the benefits to both parties.
