The ROI behind Efficient Facility Design
We look at how an Efficient Design & Productive Care Strategy can improve patient satisfaction and redefine hospital profit margin
About The Webinar
Within the changing healthcare landscape, it has become increasingly apparent that quality of care and safety outcomes for patients, and staff, are closely linked to the physical environment of the facility.
With the physical design directly impacting the financial performance of any unit, specialty facility or acute care facility as a whole, it is essential for CEOs to build investment strategies into their strategic plan that encompass the design of their facilities. Specifically developing a strategy that optimizes efficiency of the square footage, efficiency of staff and patient movement to increase productivity of space and staff throughout each department will have a significant impact on hospital costs.
