Stream 2 : Infrastructure Development & Financing

This stream will focus on collaborative initiatives between governments and private sectors in harvesting better infrastructure to meet the growing population needs and managing a sustainable city. We will also cover the financing tools and methods a part from public private partnership including alternative finance such as issuance of project bond, private equity and debt funding to make the financing needs meet.
